iHealth A Complete Waste Of Money Our California Medical Insurance would not cover my son while he was attending school out of state. I was referred to Jesse. He conducted a thorough phone interview with me months before my son was scheduled to leave for college. I made it very clear that I needed temporary medical and dental coverage while he attended school out of state. Medical because he was an athlete for the college and dental because he would need his wisdom teeth pulled. We signed up for dental immediately so that we could make the required one year of payments before wisdom teeth would be covered. We signed up for medical just before my son left for college. Here we are 3 years later and $9,000 in USELESS insurance payments...Dental did not cover the wisdom teeth surgery and medical did not cover his sports injury bills. I've tried to reach out to Jesse multiple times in these last 2 years. He was never available and the reps I had to speak to could only provide scripted answers. If you are a Californian looking for temporary out of state coverage, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
