USNovamar's experienced staff have been… Novamar's experienced staff have been very patient and helpful in my marine insurance needs in the past by steering me in the right directions. So I was pleased to talk with them about the policy for my new mobile marine technician business and they hooked me up right away. My clients and the harbormasters all accept it without question and it didn't come with the limitations the other policies I had quoted did. I tell everyone to go to novamar first.

USour representative was pleasant to… our representative was pleasant to start. then when questioned about policies she did not reveal all the small print. it was very misleading. this caused us to make a poor choice in our policy. when asked direct questions she shied away from the topic or just told us what we wanted to hear, which resulted in a horrible experience. when filing a claim she was immediately very abrupt to the point of rudeness. the tone was very inappropriate for someone that should be there to help us in a dire situation. essentially, the inaccurate information cost us a lot of money.

Travelers " forgot" that we changed carriers last year, billed an old address and then sent me to collections for $ 27.00. Peter simply handled this and it went away.
