THey really FxxxxD me bad with a good italian style, charging me for the impossible, obviously false, and the rental company, DRIVALIA, also denied all, even in front of the evidence, along with Booking.com support. Rental Cover saved me for this illegal charges

be sure to have a complete documentation from the car rental company, and accurate pictures of the damage at the moment I'm waiting for the actual payment to arrive, but, this said, I must say that they've managed the question in not more than three or four days : perfect!
