I called Surety 1 in a bind needing… I called Surety 1 in a bind needing bonds for two jobs that another bonding agent told me I could get then realized they could not help me. Not only did Surety 1 get me my bonds, but they were able to double my bonding capacity. They are very professional, always responsive and definitely know the bonding business.

They arent very easy to reach and… They arent very easy to reach and aren't very informational. For example there is a new form we need to use but I didn't get any direction on the changes or what to do. Just a new form to fill out with directions to send to the DCC but not who in the DCC. I tried to find the answer online but it was not the right fraction of the DCC.

Young lady that took care of me did a… Young lady that took care of me did a very good job and was very respectful one thing I’m still waiting for however, is one of the departments to get back to me about insurance on Workmen’s Comp. which is not covered on the surety is different for the California contractors I’m still waiting for someone to contact me on that but the young lady was superb.
