Best customer service ever! My personal record keeping leaves a lot to be desired and I found myself desperately needing some old information. Surety1 went out of their way to dig up the information and provide it to me very quickly. They are also great about providing the required notification to agencies and reminding me of upcoming renewals so I don't have any problems with my verifier license. I don't know that it's proper for me to name the agent, but it was on 3/11/24. Thanks Surety1!

There was no hassle and very prompt to… There was no hassle and very prompt to respond. They sent me a reminder e-mail with plenty of time to process and make payment to continue the Bond without interruption or delay.

I was in a panic but they took care of me ASAP! I was in a panic because my bonds were expiring over the holiday weekend and it was Thursday.
