Dissatisfied Customer I had uninsured motorists coverage along with liability. I was sideswiped by a motorcycle which fled. I filed a claim which was denied. It's apparent the E.C., IN co. does not know Indiana law concerning this matter. When my lawyer friend becomes available I'll be discussing what went on.
