In this post-pandemic era where we are fortunate to have a job, and securing this occupation is paramount by being insured for any mishaps that could arise. I trust "my" services explicitly, but I do not trust the person on my table. People are out of it and let go of personal control more frequently than I am comfortable. While they do sign a liability waiver on behalf of the business where I am an employee, I'd prefer to have this backbone behind me protecting my person and any damage an unruly person could assert. Ease of signing up Ease of signing up and immediate access to print out insurance certificate. I just got it so haven’t had to file claim so don’t know about how good/bad the will be. Price was moderate.

Ease of getting coverage 101. The NACAMS website is a user friendly platform. It provided me the ease in which to identify my profession and the coverage option that best suited me and my endeavors.

Locking in 2 years at a time Being able to purchase 2 years at a time appealed to me. The price was much less than my current insurance coverage was the same.

Great service The two agents I spoke with were extremely helpful. They answered all my questions clearly. I really liked that my "additional insureds" received an email with their certificates - that I don't have to do it. I like that they have a "click to put your renewal date on your calendar." Everything was so much easier than my previous insurance company.
