My insurance started that day and I did not have to wait the 15 day waiting period that most other insurances were requiring. The price was a little high and out of my budget, the insurance agent helped me out with a different payment plan.

GBThe people on the phone were helpful… The people on the phone were helpful but I don’t think the company itself does not seem customer friendly. Why can’t you yake the auto payment out when I want you to and not when you feel like it?

GBThe process was easy from beginning to… The process was easy from beginning to end. I liked the fact that texts were used rather than actual phone calls. I use text 99% of the time as a form of communication. My time is limited due to work so texting is the fastest, most convenient way.
