GBThe process was easy from beginning to… The process was easy from beginning to end. I liked the fact that texts were used rather than actual phone calls. I use text 99% of the time as a form of communication. My time is limited due to work so texting is the fastest, most convenient way.

GBExcellent this is for the disabled the only thing I am wondering about is why I got too phones I got a cloud and a cricket phone I'm assuming it's for when my cloud phone dies. Otherwise it's awsome This is wonderful the only question I have is why I got two phones 1 cloud and 1 cricket. I'm assuming I use the cricket if mine dies.

GBThe people on the phone were helpful… The people on the phone were helpful but I don’t think the company itself does not seem customer friendly. Why can’t you yake the auto payment out when I want you to and not when you feel like it?
