I had an excellent customer service… I had an excellent customer service experience with Gina Leigh. At first. I was so confused about Universal Life Insurance policies. Gina was very patient and informative and helped to demystify how the policy works. She was able to clearly explain the risks and benefits of the policy, which made me confident that this was the perfect insurance product for our family. I am really appreciative for the great customer service I received from Amplify.

Excellent customer experience Jennifer made the process very easy. When she sent documents for me to review/sign, she’d follow up with a phone call or text message to make sure I received them. As well as, ask if I needed clarification on anything in the documents or if I had additional questions. She was easy to talk with and definitely under promised and over delivered. I don't like it cause you can never get… I don't like it cause you can never get someone to answer the phone and customer service is horrible...really wish I could get hard copy of policy instead of online..if the internet is down then no access to policy
