GBI had an excellent customer service… I had an excellent customer service experience with Gina Leigh. At first. I was so confused about Universal Life Insurance policies. Gina was very patient and informative and helped to demystify how the policy works. She was able to clearly explain the risks and benefits of the policy, which made me confident that this was the perfect insurance product for our family. I am really appreciative for the great customer service I received from Amplify.
