As well as, ask if I needed clarification on anything in the documents or if I had additional questions. She was easy to talk with and definitely under promised and over delivered. GBI don't like it cause you can never get… I don't like it cause you can never get someone to answer the phone and customer service is horrible...really wish I could get hard copy of policy instead of online..if the internet is down then no access to policy
