Easy to use Ease of use. The web based platform is awesome. The carrier store is great. Adding carriers is simple. Training provided is awesome.

I am still waiting to get appointed… I am still waiting to get appointed with American General and other carriers. I'm still waiting to hear back on a RENTER'S Policy I wrote in February, and it was Paid in full. Client has not heard anything, nor have I after several messages left with First Connect. No Commissions have been Paid either.

Still working The commision is very low compared to other MGA's. The system is very well designed and easy to use. We need more Auto carriers in the Florida market.
