GBEncouragement for Newcomers: A Stepping Stone I had my first interaction with First Connect; I got at least 50 % of what I sought. I am writing livery risk from First Chicago, a great company, but my prospects are also seeking homeowner, rental. renter and other coverage that First Chicago do not offer. livery insurance. They are looking for homeowners, renters, personal auto, workman comp, etc. I had to start from somewhere, so I got connected with First Connect. It seems it is a very good starting point as an agency, and I am happy that now I can write and quote myself instead of going or sending my prospective clients to another agency and never receiving any monetary compensation. I wish I would have found a homeowner and livery carrier here, so One Stop Shop.

GBI am still waiting to get appointed… I am still waiting to get appointed with American General and other carriers. I'm still waiting to hear back on a RENTER'S Policy I wrote in February, and it was Paid in full. Client has not heard anything, nor have I after several messages left with First Connect. No Commissions have been Paid either.
