He was perfectly respectable and was also very knowledgeable and professional. He was very well spoken and he was very kind to me. He answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he found out for me. I’ve texted him a couple or three times with questions and he reached out to me very quickly and had all the answers I needed.
