Please watch out for Broker fees they… Please watch out for Broker fees they don’t tell you anything about that, and charge a fee to find you insurance. I paid 500.00 and the insurance itself was 345.00 plus the 155.00 for their fee to find the insurance that will cover you. I also canceled the insurance policy within a week of having them due to bad reviews, and asking for registration which has never been asked for by any insurance company I’ve had in the past. Recently canceled the insurance with FREEWAY on March 22nd 2024 the policy was bought on the 15th. I called 4-22-2024 about my refund the guy on the phone didn’t have any knowledge of the refund which told me they had no intention to give back the money I told him I wanted his supervisor when I asked for that he wanted to stall in getting one on the phone. I told him I will contact the better business bureau and take it further he replied “Do what you need to do, and we don’t have a supervisor on duty” that’s insane to say this right? Show lack of respect,condoning bad behavior, and no rules to my eyes. It’s a run around joke with this place even walking into the office I called the lady at the desk a liar for selling broker fees! She said I’m not a liar how is that even so when I told her your a broker and selling lies to people when they need to be told the truth about hidden fees!! Don’t buy anything from them!! Save your money and time!
