GBBeing raked over the coals I used to have a insurance company that started with the letters A.C.I. In the last 2 years we've had some bad wildfires in the state of Oregon. As a result they raised everybody's insurance rates in the state of Oregon to compensate for their Insurance claims sense I have no claim. Why should I pay a higher rate?

GBAwful experience Awful experience. Was a Hagerty customer for years. Quoted with Grundy because Hagerty got insanely expensive. Grundy came in about 60% cheaper than Hagerty for the same coverage. This is where things went down hill. I gave them all the information including the effective date I wanted. That time frame would have given them a week to get everything set up. Several days went by and I heard nothing, so I called, and was told they were working on it and to give them time. A couple more days went by and I emailed, and 2 days later received a response requesting more information.. Long story short they had nothing set up in time and I wound up having the registration suspended by New York for a insurance lapse. $100 fee. But everything was set up and I was saving allot of money. Come March 2024 I requested to add a 3rd collector vehicle that I won at auction. No response. I literally want to give you more money and no one can reach out to me. This was the last straw for me. If you can't take the time to help a customer who wants to give you more business then how are you going to be when I file a claim? I cancelled my policy and went with American Collectors. Grundy may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. Expect non existent customer service!

GBAgreed value insurance for reasonable rates I had all insurance through State Farm for my whole life, but they would not insure my classic restomod for the amount of money I spent to make it. Grundy gave me insurance at the invested value, at a rate substantially lower than the other big name classic car insurers. The process was fairly simple and communication was clear.

GBDoing business with Grundy was quite easy and affordable Doing business with Grundy was quite easy. Their online instructions were concise and easy to comply with. I was able to fully insure my 1963 Sting Ray coupe for the agreed upon value and now feel relieved knowing it's "covered"!!

GBThis was the first time that we have⦠This was the first time that we have used Grundy Insurance for our Classic cars there customer service was so good and the whole getting insurance for them was great and affordable for us. We will have them for a long time for our insurance for the classic cars that we own.
