STRANDED AND IN DESPERATE NEED Stranded at night on the busiest interstate in SC, I-85. Blew our left rear tire with tandem axle 5th wheel RV. Called roadside assistance and got the run-around claiming before they could offer services they had to verify our coverage with our Agent. I gave the claims rep our complete info and told him we had Roamley Insurance annually and also bought a 5 year warranty. After 5 minutes of being told he could not help, I became so frustrated I even started cussing which is not my character! We were stranded and desperately in need of help. He had no sympathy and offered no alternatives. I'm so mad I couldn't get help from something I paid into. I spread the news with all the RV groups we are on about how great Roamley is and have brought a handful of customers to them That will change ! If you cannot get service at your most desperate times what good is paying for a policy that says it has 24/7 protection. So the following day we get a call from them wanting to set up an appointment to come help us. Again my wife blessed them out and told them that we had to pay out of pocket after finding someone that was willing to help us. I am dropping my warranty coverage and I will be changing insurance companies as well. Progressive will probably be my insurance company and coach net will probably be my roadside assistance. Someone somewhere should have to answer for this wrongdoing. I even thought maybe I had the wrong number but calling twice didn't help matters.
