The option to walk in without notice… The option to walk in without notice and minutes later be insured and on my way was incredible. Limited time, completion, and confirmation received immediately. Receiving a call weeks later to make sure everything is great and if I had questions happy to answer them.

She attended to me promptly and within minutes was able to find me affordable insurance for my vehicle. I had spent the days before searching for auto insurance online and speaking to representatives over the phone and through text messages, but nothing compared to being able to walk into an office and being greeted by a person! Excellent customer service. Upon entering the location the associate greeted me when I entered the door. The customer service agent was on the line assisting another client however the she finished up with the caller and quickly started a new policy for me and I was in and out in approx. 30 minutes.

Great staff at the Salinas store. Diana Reyes from the Salinas store was so kind and helpful. She made the whole process of finding car insurance only take minutes and it is effective immediately. She very nice and went out of her way for me and I would recommend Freeway Insurance 100% to everyone.
