Requested to keep an SR active and to just get a credit applied for the following months since I no longer need vehicle insurance. They increased my payment quote for the SR22 and advised that I’d still have to pay monthly out of pocket for that alone. This place is overpriced

Excellent customer service. Upon entering the location the associate greeted me when I entered the door. The customer service agent was on the line assisting another client however the she finished up with the caller and quickly started a new policy for me and I was in and out in approx. 30 minutes.
