Very disappointed
GBTrust can not be added to umbrella policy Well, my question was answered in a timely manner, but it was not the answer I wanted. I asked to have my revocable trust added as an insured on my umbrella policy. The answer was NO. I am a long term Amica customer but it looks I will have to change my umbrella policy to a different company.

GBYour staff is the greatest Your staff is the greatest. Always. Only reason not 5 stars is that I was offered a discount to pay my auto insurance in advance, separate from my homeowners policy. My next bill still showed a portion of my payment going for my auto insurance, and a portion going to my homeowners policy. I called a nice Amica rep. Now I will have to watch future bills. This is not the first time. A couple of years ago, my homeowners policy was miscalculated. I had a new roof put on but was charged as if I still had the old one. I got a refund, but this is very confusing for even a tech savy senior. Hope to see improvements here with billing practices.

GBBEST RATE, EASY application, wish I knew sooner Amica provided the best rate for the coverage I needed. I got sick from COVID while pregnant and battled for my life. I recovered and functioning 100%. While other life insurance companies saw my unfortunate medical history/encounter with COVID negatively, they quoted me impossible rates. Amica on the other hand, viewed me as a normal, functioning mom and quoted me based on my current healthy condition. Best rate, friendly agent. I have been at peace since I got them. Their online quote is very close to what you will be offered after underwriting. I recommend this place.

GBOvercharging insurance company Overcharging insurance company. How do you guys get away with charging $300 a month to a customer over 15 years perfect record that? Ripping off your good drives to protect the crappy ones. My insurance has gone up over 200% in 2 years. But you blame it on inflation, get real inflation has risen 200%. Money grabbing company. Maybe stop paying the worthless movie actors to promote Amica, and put money back in the pockets of your customers.

My technician Garrison was excellent and answered all my questions. Above all he was courteous and very respectful. Lastly Albert was extremely helpful with issues concerning the operating system in my car. Great job and management should be sure to reward these staff members.
