highly discriminatory!!! highly discriminatory!!!! i was denied solely based on my bmi…..without even checking my health history or lab work etc!!! customer service has been rude and incredibly difficult to even navigate their stupid email system. guess there is a reason why there are a select few tried and true life insurance companies….because they actually consider the entire human not just a couple of numbers on an application. stay away from this company if you want yo be treated with dignity and respect.

Easy application and affordable premium! The online application process is super streamlined, and HavenLife’s follow-up is fast. The health check was easy to schedule online, and there’s flexibility regarding where to meet the nurse tech (lab location, in home). From application to approval was less than two weeks. If you like the quote, the first premium payment (allocated over 12 months) is deducted from your bank and the policy is in effect. The premiums are affordable. I’m a happy customer!

Applied Sunday, Approved Monday… I filled out the application on Sunday afternoon, and was fully approved before noon on Monday. I was initially told that I would need a medical exam, but in the process, it was determined that I didn’t actually need a medical exam to be approved. So, this was a welcome surprise. Also, the initial quote I was given (before completing the application) was only about $15 off from the final approved premium. The Haven Team communicated with me regularly thoughout the application process and promptly answered my questions. Overall, this was an extremely smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience.
