ManyPets is BEYOND worth it. I am so beyond glad I found manypets and that I started insurance for my cat. I had to recently hospitalize him and manypets literally saved his life. I would not have been able to get my best friend the surgery he needed if it weren't for them.

The deductible is high The deductible is high. I don't think my cat will meet that yearly deductible. And they say pre-existing symptoms can be reimbursed, but in reality, they don't...there should be clearer explanation about key details when purchasing the insurance.

Unclear verbiage. I'm used to typical insurance policies. I just filed a claim for my dog for $616.85. In the insurance world, my $500 deductible would leave a balance of $116.85, and then 80% of that would be covered (or in this case be reimbursed). That's NOT how ManyPets works. They took my $616.85 and said that only $493.48 was covered, as that's 80% of the total, and I still have $6.52 left to pay toward my deductible.

I am so thankful for this policy I am so thankful I have a policy with ManyPets - my 5-year old Labrador tore his knee and had to have emergency surgery - claims process was so smooth - the surgery, the follow-on injections, the medicines - all covered and processed in a day or two. Been wanting to write a review earlier because every time I have had a claim over the last few years, the process has been super easy and painless. Thanks!
