ManyPets is hands down the BEST! ManyPets is hands down the most amazing pet insurance company out there. People tend to think pet insurance is a "scam" but I can truly assure you that it is not. I have two dogs and both are ESA's so they truly are my life. My eldest dog was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor that was luckily caught very early and he will make a full recovery with many years to go. Not only have the approved every claim, but my reimbursement is delivered incredibly fast! I am so grateful for my policy because it truly allowed me to provide the best care for my dog without the financial burden or hardship. Their staff is incredibly helpful and nice and the customer experience is incredibly profound. I will always have a policy with Many Pets as long as I have a pet to care for!

Unclear verbiage. I'm used to typical insurance policies. I just filed a claim for my dog for $616.85. In the insurance world, my $500 deductible would leave a balance of $116.85, and then 80% of that would be covered (or in this case be reimbursed). That's NOT how ManyPets works. They took my $616.85 and said that only $493.48 was covered, as that's 80% of the total, and I still have $6.52 left to pay toward my deductible.

Switching over and More Switching over to a new dog has been really easy. At the end of the day the biggest reason we choose many pets again is after our other dog passed away. With the personalized letters let us know that Many Pets actually cares and isn’t just another company

Many Pets is my preferred provider-they actually pay claims! In many ways, the pet insurance industry still lags significantly (compared to health insurance for people) but I have definitely been overly impressed with Many Pets. When I was considering the right type of plan / coverage for “my girl”, I used a third party comparison tool to compare options. Many Pets ticked the boxes and I feel confident in my investment (& their consistent claim management processes). I hope my premium does not significantly rise during the next coverage year - for now, it’s given me confidence in dealing with the financial implications, so I can focus on my dog’s wellbeing and recovery.

They've been great! Many Pets has been great! My young energetic dog finds herself in some tricky situations, and I'm very grateful that Many Pets has been there to help with the cost of vet visits. They really do a great job handling claims. I had Nationwide for my five-year-old dog, but they raised the rates to 1 1/2 times what I had been paying, so i had to drop the policy. I just hope that Many Pets continues to keep up their great coverage and service with reasonable rates.
