I didn't mind that you didn't cover the…Slow claim response I didn't mind that you didn't cover the costs of Miles euthiansia, what bothered my was how long it took to deny the claim.

The price for coverage select seems to… The price for coverage select seems to be OK. We have not had to use the coverage yet. It does not start until 12/15/2023. We will have to wait and see what happens when we have to take Lucky to the vet.

You guys have always made my experience… You guys have always made my experience pleasant. You even sent a condolences card when he passed away. That was so kind of you guys. You made the process super easy on how to resign up with my newest kitty 3-4 years later. Your customer service with me has not changed at all.
