I received a quote from Topline and… I received a quote from Topline and when I agreed to purchase a policy, I needed to provide additional information ie a 4 point inspection, and wind mitigation report. I provided everything asked for and I never heard from the agent again. I contacted customer service through the website and they responded that someone would be in touch with me in two business days. I never heard from customer service again either. Worst possible service ever!

I dealt with Jose He made it very easy… I dealt with Jose He made it very easy for me and helped me with any necessary paperwork that I needed to get for the insurance company from the condo association that I bought. It was very thoughtful return my calls very promptly. I would definitely recommend them as your insurance company

My agent My agent, Patricia St. Elien, is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. She is quick to respond and helped us find better and less expensive coverage for both our homeowners and flood insurance. She was able to cut our homeowners insurance by 1/3 of what was projected. She is fantastic!
