They are friendly. They are friendly.. but... There seems to be internal policy issues with this company.

Very Professional and efficient service. My home insurance policy was suddenly cancelled last year after years of coverage. I called several brokers for a quote without too many responses. Top Line was the first to get back to me. From the outset they were very professional and moved my insurance application along quickly. In the end, I had better coverage than my previous policy.

When all 4 policies were supposed to be… When all 4 policies were supposed to be completed I kept receiving notices that things were missed. Even after asking if policies needed any more documents. I even had a policy canceled for non-payment after asking if you had all you needed and if all were complete.

My agent My agent, Patricia St. Elien, is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. She is quick to respond and helped us find better and less expensive coverage for both our homeowners and flood insurance. She was able to cut our homeowners insurance by 1/3 of what was projected. She is fantastic!
