Great Customer service and an asset to the company. The company representative made me feel like she truly cared about my negative experiences with previous companies and did her best to find me coverage that would help me financially.

I received a quote from Topline and… I received a quote from Topline and when I agreed to purchase a policy, I needed to provide additional information ie a 4 point inspection, and wind mitigation report. I provided everything asked for and I never heard from the agent again. I contacted customer service through the website and they responded that someone would be in touch with me in two business days. I never heard from customer service again either. Worst possible service ever!

When all 4 policies were supposed to be… When all 4 policies were supposed to be completed I kept receiving notices that things were missed. Even after asking if policies needed any more documents. I even had a policy canceled for non-payment after asking if you had all you needed and if all were complete.

Great service! I was so disappointed with the home insurance rates I had from my previous home insurance company. I was looking for a better rate that I could afford. I searched for a quote online and Chelsea at Topline insurance came to my rescue. She was professional and God sent. She simply made a very stressful process easy. I.was so happy with the new rates I received I told my family and friends about Topline insurance was the best insurance experience I have ever had, great experience.
