USOverall Experience Everything seems to be going well. I haven't had any claims so that probably helps. Renewals from the individual insurance companies are submitted on time through the insurance companies. Other than that I don't know that I have had any interaction with TechInsurance - so no real good or bad.

USCustomer service It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.

USTech Insurance To The Rescue I have used Tech Insurance since 2000 for my business insurance needs. Having retired a couple of years ago I was no longer carrying insurance. When an old client asked that I exit retirement for a while and help them out. Unfortunately, when I submitted my application for insurance I was rejected. Never happened before so I called in to find out what was going on. Turns out the business insurance landscape has changed since Covid and the changes left me out in the cold. However, that is not the end of my tale. Your agents went to work and fixed me up with the same policy and provider I had used in the past at a reasonable price. So, I am back in business and did not have to tell my client that I would not be able to help them. Win, win, win as I see it. Thanks Tech Insurance.

USApplication form not online! Quoting (application form) should be online via a website or mobile app, or a fillable PDF, shouldn't be something the user has to download, print, sign etc. A PDF was sent but it was not user-friendly and lot of sections were blocked out. The agent was very helpful to circumvent these issues but then it's a manual process, unlike other insurance sites!

USFast, easy, low overhead Buying insurance is a pain, but necessary to do business (even if certain required insurance doesn't make sense for your business, ex: not a lot of workplace injuries in web dev shop ;-)). These guys cut it down to the bare essentials to get what you need for a tech company. I've used them to insure two of my companies.
