Also free of charge there were other minor things I need, I was informed, one critical thing please get better on customers need to speak to a live person. The elderly does not do portals well

Even the service rep at the dealer was impressed with how smooth everything went. Instead of paying 900.00 for services I paid 238.69. That's a big difference from what I was looking at. GBProtect my Car Sucks I've been needing my car repaired since the first of this month. I wouldn't recommend them. They've been dodging us, putting us on hold for hours on the phone, and won't call the shop to ok the repairs trying to make us pay the bill so they won't have to. And we've never missed a payment in 3 years. Terrible customer service
