THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUIZ! THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUIZ!! They are attempting to refrain from repairing any vehicles while also pushing loyal customers away (a tactic used to not repair). Please everyone report to the BBB. Do not just write a review on BBB website, but instead File A Claim on the BBB website and submit it! They are trying to balance books and not have more money going out than they have coming in. All while using very disrespectful employees to upset customers and push them to the point of canceling their policies. Please everyone we have to stand up to this company and not let them get away with this.

Reimbursement on tire rotation and oil change. Recently got my car’s tire rotation and oil change with the reimbursement option. I wasn’t too sure how it worked but customer service told me that the digital card was my reimbursement and I could use it online within 30 days although the email says it has to be used within 7, and that it can be used multiple times until the balance is $0. That helped a lot to know that for future references.

Received first oil change quickly from… Received first oil change quickly from jiffy lube, they called confirm me as a customer I was only there 20 min. Also free of charge there were other minor things I need, I was informed, one critical thing please get better on customers need to speak to a live person. The elderly does not do portals well
