GBAmazing experience The gentleman that helped us was amazing! He explained everything in details & answered any & all of our questions about the difference in Whole & Term insurance. Helped find one for each of us (3 people) that we could afford & would give money for final expenses & money left over for our loved ones. He also helped us with health insurance - finding better health insurance for us with better benefits. We will be using them again if we have to & will be recommending this service.

GBHorrible Customer service Horrible Customer service. An totally incompetent agent put me on hold without telling me why and then sent me to the message box of someone(whom I assumed was my claim adjustor). The agent would not identify herself and did not send me the adjustor's name. I had to call back and waisted 20 minutes trying to get a supervisor. Total disaster- can't wait to find out how my claim is adjusted.
