USWorst Nightmare I'm not sure how when you get your car service and they tell you. You have an engine oil leak and that was on 2/23 . But tell you don't worry about we will monitor it. Let fast forward on March 31 car starts smoking and this is the first sign something is wrong with your car.. Contact Merit to file a claim mind you this is the first ever after paying 2 1/2 years . It wasn't an oil leak but a cooling leak and to top it off they as for all this paperwork that of course they thought I wasn't going to have it. Paperwork was submitted after waiting a week and a half while my car sit in the shop. Only to be told they denied the claim because the vehicle was still being used after I was told it was an engine leak but turn out to be something else. Wow this is a rip off I have 6 more payments and never filed a claim. This is crazy to me the Supervisor talk to you like he don't care about a word you saying. Then threatens to hang up on you. Do not I mean DO NOT GET THIS WARRANT WITH THEM THEY WILL BE YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!

USstarted a claim Very nice over the phone they helped me get through the process of starting a claim, now I am waiting for the mechanic to let me know how much is covered. Thank you !

USBeware !!!!! Beware !!!!!! This is the worst company out there period… please shop around for a better warranty company . I had nothing but problems with this company . They will find a way to decline your claim. It was a complete nightmare

USi would not recommend this warranty… i would not recommend this warranty administration to anyone they specialize in making peoples life's hell my car has been under warranty for awhile now and just recently came across a problem with my vehicle they have done nothing but giving me the run around about a full non exist report to not have to pay for repairs if they were dedicated to there customers i feel like they would have sent someone out to were my car is being serviced and got everything they would've need to process my claim i am completely unhappy and dissatisfy with the customer service who's name Steven they are very rude and don't care about their customer or how hard it maybe without a car

USCompany is riddled with rude employees… Company is riddled with rude employees and scam artists. The booklet you get when you start your policy is full of loopholes and jargon. A good example would be how they covered $100 dollars of a tow charge but then a paragraph down, they contradict themselves saying they cover 25 miles of a tow with no expense to the driver. I’ve been denied multiple claims and when I finally decided to cancel. I was called rude for not taking the “offers” provided for me to extend my plan. To anyone that sees this, DONT GET MERIT. It’s not worth the headache you get and extra money you lose. Now I have to talk lawyers because of this Company Note: Merit Administration is not credited by the BBB ( Better Business Bureau) You know what’s odd, look at all the 5 star reviews. Kinda odd they all happen in a span of a month and they all have nothing but the best things to say about Merit. DOESNT THAT SEEM SUSPICIOUS?
