She told me I was aggressive, and it really hurt my feelings, but this young lady understood the assignment and took care of me with such a great care thank you so much for hiring people like her

GBThis company is a shady business This company is a shady business. They covered NOTHING, and they blocked the 2 numbers I called from trying to cancel. After finally canceling, they repeatedly attempted to collect payments from my employer. They eventually succeeded after somehow acquiring his new credit card number.

GBThe system has been broken and not fixed after 6 months It’s almost hard to believe, but after 6 months the same problem has not been corrected. Every month I get a notices that they need payment (I paid in full for the year). Even better, in March they tried to charge my card. Luckily the charge was stopped and my credit card deemed it as fraud. So now they have no payment so this shouldn’t happen again. However this is a continued issue from when they over charged me when I was paying monthly (and then some that was unauthorized). Jessica tries her best however it is not her problem to fix, just report. I will not be renewing with quickhealth as I am exhausted from them not fixing their continuous errors.

GBThis time around This time around, I had someone call me to find out how they can help. After several calls trying to get a refund, Dessi ensured a refund would be coming back to me. She left her personal number just in case I had any issues and problems. I also wanted her to thank her supervisor for giving me some good advice as to calling my credit union. So thank you everyone
