Fast, Friendly and Effective We were having a terrible experience with USAA giving us anything close to reasonable for our daughter's total loss on her 2013 Mazda CX-5. Robert and his staff took over and got the complete value that we were seeking. They are fast, friendly, and very effective. Fees were reasonable and structured to help reduce our risk.
