I bet you didn’t even know your had this right It’s a shame that consumer rights are kept from insurance claimants and you will suffer financial loss when a CarFax report comes your way when you go to sell your “repaired” vehicle. I used this company to file an inherent diminished value claim. It was easy, just a couple phone calls and provider a few documents from the original repair claim. The agents kept me well informed and negotiated a very fair payment. Such a valuable service to anyone who has a job and doesn’t have time to fight with insurance companies.
