I seldom do as gen -x, and am nit computer savy. Tish promised 15 min quote and would have made it with exceptional service if my card hadn't been declined: obviously a mistake that she didn't make! Funny, helpful, and a voice got me thinking bout life in a rice field! Bottom line; got it done! Her words and actions were isomorphic!
