ROSA IS THE BOMB Rosa was very helpful with our healthcare enrollment. My file was really messed up from getting so many calls from various healthcare companies. One actually cancelled my insurance last year and really messed me up because I had fallen and shattered my wrist so I B was literally unable to go to my surgeon because they don’t take Oscar. .. but Rosa did an amazing job.

Bless her heart she was trying to help… Bless her heart she was trying to help me as best she could. I just didn't understand what was going on because I got a pop up on my phone out of nowhere. I don't think I made her aware of that. But the rating isn't for her. It's for the company that she works for as they use intrusive ways to get people's money because they prey on people who have no choice but to comply because of the plans they have. Then I get that pop up again and get lied to again about what benefits I have. But if this company thinks I'm benefitting from them scamming me. They have another thing coming.
