I am so grateful for the Medicare Family to have representatives like Janel that help with the Medicare process, that it was a lot hard. Not everyone has the correct information and the patience. I recommend talking to the Medicare Family and ask for Janel when yu are ready to retire! Janel is fabulous!

I feel so knowledgeable I started speaking with Mike in 2023 as I was turning 65 in July 2024, I had unending questions about Medicare. I was completely unknowledgeable and Mike was patient, spoke slowly, and helped me understand. I never felt that he was rushing me to get off the phone. He was knowledgeable but allowed me to make what decision that I felt was best for me. I had fun speaking with Mike, he made me laugh.
