My agent My agent, Richard , was totally awesome! He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, spoke very clearly, was easy to understand, funny and very helpful. He spoke in terms that I could relate to not in insurance terms, or when he did use an insurance term he explained the meaning. He was also 100% on my side! I am very hard of hearing and he spoke clearly and loudly enough for me to hear him easily and I appreciate that more than anyone can imagine! He made sure I understood everything and that I had no questions whatsoever. He also made sure that I got the best policy that I could get at the best price. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
