Not only did she help me get the perfect coverage for my current situation but she also made the experience warm, fun and made me laugh the whole time. I hate dealing with insurance companies normally but she changed my mind on that completely. She answered all the questions I asked her as well as inform me of the facts of my insurance policy and what I need to show DMV. She covered any questions I had before I even asked them. She was very knowledgeable and offered amazing assistance. Overall, great customer service and definitely made signing up fast and easy.

When we had all but given up When we had all but given up, I called SavePlus for a high risk car insurance policy. Rosa answered, and immediately got to work. She was so reassuring, and sounded kind- I was so happy to speak with someone who actually wanted to help us and knew what she was doing. She followed up with us several times as we moved through the process, and came through with the policy that we needed. I just have to say that I’m very impressed.
