As a newbie to this kind of product, Wallis took the time to explain everything to me in terms I can understand both at the start of our discussions, and even today, after I have my policy in place. Her team was open to running though different scenarios with me so that I could really envision possible realities where I needed this sort of coverage. And then as my life got very busy, and I got very behind, they kept me on track with reminders, offers for support and quick response times to my questions.
