Honest and VERY HELPFUL Kathe offered different scenarios in easy to understand language. She was patient, listened and found a plan that fit the criteria. Didn't feel rushed, felt heard.

Long-term customer Kathe got my mother a really great medicare supplement policy--so good that we will likely NEVER change it. We do go back to her, though, annually, for help with the Part D prescription plan. Every year she makes recommendations and helps us choose the best one...even when that "best one" is not one that she works with (i.e.; gets paid a commission for). Kathe's long-term view of things is refreshing, and she has a great team.

Dynamic Duo We were very satisfied with our current plan and provider, but had noted a new plan being offered by them and were interested in some of the new benefits. When trying to explore the differences, we were overwhelmed by the amount of data and "medicare speak" in trying to determine if we should try the newer offering.
