Professional and informative To be honest, when I first saw the advertisement for the healthcare subsidy, I thought it was a scam. But after talking with Kenny, and the other customer service representative got me going with the mobile app, I was really pleased at how smooth and professional both representatives were. I am currently unemployed, so affording health insurance is nearly impossible in America, this has been a huge help.
