Professional and informative To be honest, when I first saw the advertisement for the healthcare subsidy, I thought it was a scam. But after talking with Kenny, and the other customer service representative got me going with the mobile app, I was really pleased at how smooth and professional both representatives were. I WORK WITH THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, DEPT OF ADULT CORRECTION. I HAVE A FULL HEALTHCARE COVERAGE FROM MY EMPLOYER FOR MYSELF AND DAUGHTER. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS AGENT GOT MY INFORMATION TO ENROLL ME IN THE HEALTHCARE MARKETPLACE PLAN I NEVER ASKED FOR. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PRIOR HEALTH ISSUES OR LIFE-THREATENING DISEASES THAT WOULD WARRANT ME TO HAVE TWO INSURANCES AT THE SAME TIME.
