Frank Madden was very courteous and… Frank Madden was very courteous and helpful. He explained the policy features and options for me to consider without being pushy. In addition, he asked about whether I was a veteran and senior so he could extend any applicable discount which in turn resulted in quite a savings. He listened, took his time with me and asked me the right questions so that I felt he had my best interest in mind. He's a gem and I will definitely recommend Frank and your company to my friends.

Rick really did a very nice job and he got a lot of patience to answer each and every questions. All over very nice experience by talking to him. Definitely I will recommend my friends Rick really did a very nice job and explained very well with all the plans and the most comfortable thing is he never forced me to buy their platinum coverage plan. I just wanted to get that because it covers from bumper to bumper and who really wants to loose that when it is in your budget. By coming to the plans, They have 3year plans and monthly plans which ever you are comfortable. Recommend for everyone who really wants to cover their cars with an Extended Warranty.

Don't do it If I could've given no stars I would've please don't take American Dream. They answer hurriedly when you call to sign up however put you their block list when you call to cancel. Give you a list of things they cover then turn around and state they can't because it's natural wear and tear. So when will I ever have use for warranty, smh
