Great Customer Service Richard's customer service was exceptional! I peppered him with questions about benefit caps and limitations. Honestly, it sounds almost too good to be true. I am hopeful that the experience with the company, should the need arise, will be as pleasant as my experience with Richard. My last experience with a similar company was horrible.

Sean Thomas is the best! Sean Thomas made this process so easy and user-friendly. I have a luxury car and the repairs can be very costly, and this gives me such piece of mind going forward, now that my manufacturer warranty is expiring. They offered me the exact warranty I get with Mercedes, but for thousands less, and their communication and customer service is top notch. HIGHLY recommend!
