He let us know what was going on and kept us up-to-date with the cost of policy since we had to keep making changes. If we needed any of documents ASAP, David got right on it and took care of everything. Also, having the reliability of answering his phone, even late in the day, was a plus, so that we could better communicate every document needed.

Great customer service with Phil Vanegas, and good insurance. We are working with Phil Vanegas of Farmer Brown for a second year. The insurance coverage looks very good and we decided to re-up. Phil has been very responsive when we have asked any questions and needed any assistance, and has checked with us to see how we have been doing from time to time. We, thus far, have been very satisfied with both Mr. Vanegas's customer service and the insurance.
