Brandon Hughbanks was wonderfully… Brandon Hughbanks was wonderfully responsive. He assisted me on a trip to Paris and Tanzania in 2018 and helped me yesterday for an upcoming trip to Venice and the British Isles. He expedited everything very quickly and was friendly and courteous. I would gladly recommend him to friends and also use his services in the future for myself!

We bought travel insurance from this… We bought travel insurance from this company before checking the reviews and regret it!! We planned a trip to Paris with a cruise out of Le Havre. After all of the unrest and rioting in Paris I checked the State Dept website and found travel warnings for Paris. I decided to err on the side of caution and cancel the Paris portion and file a claim. The short answer is we were denied on appeal because there has to be a politically motivated terrorist attack and even then there is no guarantee. Check the fine print and more importantly look for a reputable company as we cannot even get our money back by cancelling the policy.

The folk's at Travel Insurance Center… The folk's at Travel Insurance Center really care about their clients. They not only listen to what the client is expressing regarding their intended travel plans, but they also offer up great advise in term of insuring the clients both BEFORE their trip begins, but also DURING their trip. I speak from a first person perspective, as we had a medical situation before our trip even began. Long story short, we received 100% of our travel costs back because of our policy from Travel Insurance Center.

TIC excellent service After many years of traveling abroad, we made our first insurance claim during summer of 2018, and it was very well handled by the insurer. After providing TIC with all the appropriate documents they complied 100 percent with their obligation. Within a couple of weeks we had a check in hand for our losses.
