I had a lot going on with the sell of my house and an international trip with my daughters at the time I contacted Leap. Julie was very attentive and responsive by text and never once seemed irritated and never tried to rush me, although the process took me about 3 weeks to complete due to a lack of availability on my part. Rebecca was fantastic too and made the application completion fast and easy.
