I was trying to call another insurance company but I must have dialed the wrong number. Rick picked up and I could tell right away that I was speaking to a very genuine young man. He was patient with me and helped me choose a plan that had no waiting period and no increasing rates. He sent me an “e-brochure “ and I appreciate that he didn’t rush me.
