Philip Kahan has been like a father… Philip Kahan has been like a father figure to me. I met him by calling various Truck Insurance companies and he answered the phone. He asked “what is it that your trying to accomplish?” I explained, he said give me five minutes, he called me right back and had a litany of options for me.
