I had a good experience from the opening phone call I had a good experience from the beginning when the woman called me. I liked her and she made me feel like she liked what she was doing. Listening. So, by the time I was transferred to an agent I felt comfortable that it was a real company. Paul Addison was professional and knew I wanted the insurance. I wasn't pressured. After talking and because I had been through this process before I was sure this was legitimate. If the woman who first called me hadn't been so nice I probably wouldn't have been as interested.
