USTHIS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER… THIS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET INSURANCE COMPLETED FOR TWO WEEKS . ONE OF THEIR AGENTS FROM ELEVATIONS BY THE NAME OF HARRY TIBIYAN TOOK 1922.00 FROM ME AND NEVER GAVE ME MY INSURANCE CARD. I CONTACT THE TRUCKING COM TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON BECAUSE HARRY NEVER CALLED BACK. I SPOKE WITH EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE OF THE TRUCKING COMPANY ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE SORRY AND THEY WILL HAVE HIM CALL AND THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I ALSO ASKED THAT THE MANAGER STEPHANIE CALLED ME AND OF COURSE THAT NEVER EVER HAPPENED. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. EVERYONE HAS DROPPED THE BALL AND THERE NOT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.. I WILL ALSO VOICE MY EXPERIENCE ON YELP AS WELL
