Kyle O'Brien Kyle came to our house and reviewed the insurance we currently have and explained to us that our current insurance would no longer be accepted by husbands Dr after 12/31/23. He reviewed other plans with us, checked our Drs participation and our medications and recommended 2 other carriers to choose from. Kyle was very knowledgeable and personable. I am so thankful that I called to check this out otherwise we could of ended up with a substantial bill or having to change oncologists. It would've taken quite a while for me to do all the research on insurance carriers when Kyle had all the answers within a few hours.
