Normally when calling anyone these days… Normally when calling anyone these days you will be on an extended hold until someone picks up...not these guys! Not only did they pick up within seconds, they were friendly and accommodating! Left me feeling great about my decision to go with them for extened coverage when I purchased my vehicle!
