Excellent Customer Service The customer service at Auto Service Agency was excellent! The young woman who answered my call was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her to find answers. Although the response was not what I was looking for, she found a compromise that was satisfying, and I hung up the phone feeling like a valued customer.

Great customer service and they cover alot for the amount of money that they changed Customer service explain to me in detail every question that I needed answered and went over my policy with me detail by detail. He took a lot of time with me because I had so many questions. He addressed all of my concerns and was very friendly and made me understand exactly what I was getting you for the amount that I was paying every month. They had a great affordable plan for me, thank you United Auto Service I feel much safer having you by my side.

Very fair deal and nice customer service I read reviews about high pressure and disrespectful employees at car shield. This was not my experience. I found the team was polite and respectful and worked hard to earn my business. I hope my experience if and when I need to use them for repairs is as positive an experience. Fingers crossed.

call I called to cancel my contract, which I hated doing but there is no way I could afford it anymore. I explained to the rep. (Jesse) that I had dealt with you'all before and ALWAYS was treated very well. They always went overboard to help figure out ways I could continue my contract. But this last call, I knew there was nothing that could be done. I told Jesse that and that she didn't need to try to figure a solution out for me. The one thing she mentioned was a "deferred payment" but I said no. She was VERY helpful and very respectful of my situation.
