She was extremely patient while I waited 3 months to be able to enroll. Answered all of my questions (multiple times) and was thorough in explaining why X plan was better than Y. GBLost in The Mountains of Paper I turned 65 in August without any idea of how my Health coverage was going to workout or what to do. Not sure how so many companies new my age or contact information. Literally dozens of companies started sending me Health Plans, Medicare and Medicaid literature then they started calling all the time. I was completely lost and Melissa was the most diligent with calls so I contacted her back after a couple months. I didnt always understand everything and she would say take your time, look over your notes and we can talk in a couple days. Not once was there any type of hype or hard sell, just friendly explaining in great detail. I now have full coverage with no heavy weights on my shoulders. Melissa your a Doll Thank you ever so much.
