Superior Customer Service!!! REMEDIGAP has been assisting me as my agent - specifically Joann – for about three years now I only have great things to say about my experience. The tutorials are outstanding. Medicare, with all of its options, can be very confusing. REMEDIGAP's series of tutorials on the subject are the best that I've seen. They have truly helped me to make sense of it all so that I could make informed decisions. Joann made the application process so easy and has always made herself available to quickly answer my questions. Looking for Medigap Coverage Medicare is very confusing. I looked for help understanding it but I usually ended up more confused. Then, I found Remedigap on YouTube.
