His easy going, warm manner, thorough knowledge base and professional counsel led to securing a well covered and reasonably priced policy today. I had to use chat to clarify an issue on the customer portal and that was smooth as silk. The communications online, texting, .pdf documents, portal setup, were easy, helpful, and now one more big item checked off as we approach our house closing date. Seems like a great team. Overwhelmed! I had to contact "support" to resolve an issue with my home inspection, while doing my best to complete it in a timely manner. The employee helping me was Manny. This guy is a "hoot". He was professional, but personable. Manny is a "people person", well-suited for his job.

Insurance OMG, this insurance company did a quote on my property, and it looks like my property worth a 1 million dollars, I pay $1800 dollar for my home insurance in Miami Sweetwater FL yearly, and this Kin company keeps sending me advertisement like every month, so I gave it a try and forget it, $8,930k a year. insane!! Do not give out your information to this company....
