GBI have read complaints and I think… I have read complaints and I think their policies are one hundred percent transparent if you read them thoroughly I did just that and have had no problems with claims on either of my two vehicles.

GBI have not used my policy yet but I can… I have not used my policy yet but I can say thin is the most convenient service. I've used to get a warranty. They take the money out of my paycheck and the car I drive to work has a bumper to bumper coverage. This is cheaper than anything else I've seen too.

GBI purchased my policy over a year ago… I purchased my policy over a year ago and now my sister just signed up. She was having trouble with checkout and they were able to troubleshoot her problem with the hour. Great customer service.

GBI took my truck to the local dealership… I took my truck to the local dealership for engine trouble, the dealership wrote up a parts list and stated on the repair quote what was needed and why it was needed. They denied the claim at first because of an error i made on the mileage. I called SnoopDrive and they fixed it for me right away. The rest of the claim went without another issue. Thanks!

GBI was hoping to get "Premium Plus"… I was hoping to get "Premium Plus" coverage but it is apparently not offered on my vehicle.. their "Essentials" coverage is comparable to my current policy so I will keep it but I hope I can qualify for one of their better coverage's in the future...
