Fast and simple! Late last year, I opened a service business in the financial/real estate space. My need to secure office space led me to find that I needed insurance. After searching several insurance websites, I found none would allow me to purchase my coverage without having to interact with an agent. Then, I found the B2Z insurance site. Finally, a company that gave me access to coverage that I needed-all in a simple, straightforward process without the need to deal with an agent, a ton of forms, etc. The most surprising part was that I received a quote just a couple of minutes after refilling my coffee. Signing up for this insurance was quick… Signing up for this insurance was quick and easy! Cancelling it however has been a total nightmare. It’s been a month now since I first requested cancelling and I am still waiting for it to happen. In the meantime I have been sent emails stating my request was received. Then my response emails went ignored. After the initial emails I was charged yet again. After multiple emails sent, a call and speaking to a chat representative I was told my policy would be cancelled and I would be issued any refunds due. About week later I got a refund for both of the policies and I thought all was well. Until this week when they tried to double charge me for both policies!! I login and sure enough both policies are still active! This has been such a headache and I regret ever signing up with this company. It seemed too good to be true and now I know why. They make things great when you join! But it has been hell trying to leave.

Quick and easy process Getting a quote only took a few minutes. Most of my business information was already filled in for me. This was such a simple process and great pricing. They matched or exceeded my current coverage. Very pleased.

Great Service With COVID restrictions lifting I can finally get out of the house and lease some office space for my consulting business. But when the leasing agent told me I needed insurance I was a little nervous.
