GBSigning up for this insurance was quick… Signing up for this insurance was quick and easy! Cancelling it however has been a total nightmare. It’s been a month now since I first requested cancelling and I am still waiting for it to happen. In the meantime I have been sent emails stating my request was received. Then my response emails went ignored. After the initial emails I was charged yet again. After multiple emails sent, a call and speaking to a chat representative I was told my policy would be cancelled and I would be issued any refunds due. About week later I got a refund for both of the policies and I thought all was well. Until this week when they tried to double charge me for both policies!! I login and sure enough both policies are still active! This has been such a headache and I regret ever signing up with this company. It seemed too good to be true and now I know why. They make things great when you join! But it has been hell trying to leave.
